Orders - Shipping - Returns

How long is the delivery time?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery time usually takes up to 48 hours within Albania, 3 to 5 business days in Kosovo, and 7–14 business days in North Macedonia / Europe and worldwide.

We ship to every corner of the world.

Shipping within Albania is free. In Kosovo 600L, North Macedonia 900L, and in Europe / worldwide, the shipping cost varies based on the weight of the package.

Currently, within Albania, we offer cash on delivery (COD) upon receiving the order. But we also support online payments by card and bank transfer.

Yes, if the order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for opened products. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will resolve it immediately with care and fairness.
